The 2020 primary election is winding down.
We are supposed to be done with the election on June 2nd but who knows with so much changing on a whim by our government.
We appreciate all the gun owners who have voted and we appreciate you guys being informed about where each candidate stands on gun rights.
Remember, you can return your ballot all the way until June 2nd at 8:00 p.m. local time in your area. We recommend NOT mailing your ballot back in and taking it directly to your local election’s office.
Now, I have a special request from our followers and members.
Some of you may already know that my two older sons, Deacon and Kaleb, work hard for the Idaho Second Amendment Alliance.
They have had many late nights and early mornings helping keep things on track. They have been doing this for years.
Periodically, as a help to them, I plug their Hiking YouTube channel and Facebook page to thank them for their hard work. They love the outdoors and we hike all over to promote healthier living and enjoying God’s creations with their group, Pruett Hiking Adventures.
This coming Saturday they are doing a charity hike for the Gary Sinise Foundation!
The hike is taking place this Saturday (May 30th) at 11:30 a.m. at Table Rock in Boise. Anyone is welcome to join us on the hike.
Their goal is to raise $1,000 for the Gary Sinise Foundation who helps veterans in need.
Currently, they have raised $736 of the $1,000 goal they have to help these veterans.

We are asking you guys to pitch in $25, $15, or even just $5 to help them reach their goal.
Simply go to pruetthikingadventures.com and click on the “Donate” button on the top right corner.
The event is this Saturday so please be sure to get your donations in as quickly as possible before we mail the check to the Gary Sinise Foundation.
Then, if you wish to join us on the hike we would love to see you there.
It is going to be very hot this weekend in the Boise area so come prepared if you do join us for this charity event.
Finally, if you are willing to support the boys on their social media sites, you can do so here:
YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
Here is one video from their channel!
No matter what you do, please be sure to say a prayer for so many veterans who are struggling right now across the country and right here in Idaho.
Even though Memorial Day has passed when remember those who have fallen, we can’t forget our veterans who are still with us and struggling.
That’s why my boys chose the Gary Sinise Foundation for their charity hike.
Thank you all for your continued support.
For Idaho,
Greg Pruett
President
